Since PAAD SOLUTIONS LIMITED provides professional services and custom software:
- Service Deposits: Deposits made to initiate a project (MVP or custom build) are generally non-refundable once development work has commenced.
- Milestone Payments: Refunds are not provided for completed and approved milestones.
- Cancellations: If a project is canceled mid-stream, the client is responsible for payment for all hours or milestones completed up to the date of cancellation.
Errors/Bugs: We provide a standard 30-day “warranty” period post-deployment to fix any bugs identified in the original scope of work at no extra cost.
